Actually ... Flynn (Powell) gets 15, Sullivan (Wilkison) gets 15 ... AND USA gets 15 (someone from Solictor General’s office, I think assistant that got high praises for the brief that they filed?) - so it’s 30-15 and the faux Amicus gets to sit somewhere.
