I've said it for the past couple of years: Jill Biden is the driving force behind Joe running for POTUS. She saw the adulation, fame, and perks that Michelle got when she was FLOTUS. Everything about Jill says, "I WANT THAT!!!"

She's the 21st century version of Edith Wilson.
