A black underprivileged Ivy League educated corporate lawyer in Brooklyn left his seventh-floor corner office to check on some mostly peaceful shoppers in the street below. A jewelry shop door and window were missing as were all the displays of jewelry. The underprivileged Ivy League educated corporate lawyer met a friend who had just finished fasting for Ramadan. The two were wrongfully accused of setting fire to a police vehicle. Police chose to arrest the innocent underprivileged Ivy League educated corporate lawyer and his spiritual advisor without any evidence that they had committed a crime. According to their white privilege spokesperson the two were arrested only because of the color of their skin.

According to unnamed sources who grew up with the underprivileged Ivy League educated corporate lawyer, he was a model citizen and would often offer donuts and hot coffee in the winter to police officers walking the beat. As one friend put it, they were “two clean and articulate storybook individuals from impoverished backgrounds who because of affirmative action and white guilt made something of themselves.”

The underprivileged Ivy League educated corporate lawyer’s friend a follower of a religion of peace advocated for an end to violence. She reportedly said, “This has got to stop, and the only way they hear, the only way they hear us, is through violence, through the means that they use.” “People are angry because the police are never held accountable,” she said. At the time shoppers were passing by police with large screen TV’s and jewelry.
