Of course, the CDC does not discuss “Quarantining Republican Districts on Election Day”. It takes a little common sense and careful observation of political activity (such as the enthusiastic and rapid dedication to quickly build up the organizational capabilities for contact tracing, even though this pandemic has already about ended).
