These actions, from a Constitutional position, merit the exercise of Rights, that are NOT given by our “government” but are given to us by God. Natural Rights— a central concept of English Law and all progress in Western Civilization. And especially NOT the “next” Bill of Rights that neo-Socialist Totalitarian FDR put forward as a “Second Bill of Rights”(which is a recitation of the Communist Manifesto and world game plan):

Nothing in the Constitution states that there needs to be “equality in the pursuit of happiness”.... that would be enshrined as a Right. Not to any enlightened Founder would that ever become the case.

Will add that the continual source of all this govt. granted ‘rights’ (to things no one ever identified before) is the socialist/Leftist churches and their supporters. Which fits the self-aggrandizing expiation of the “sin” of making a profit in the real world of business Vs. what the ultra socialist pastorate/priesthood/rabbinate— whomever of freely chosen religion assigns to the striving citizen.
So, which “religion” will one be assessed/obligated? Free religion (or not so free-see: islam) with a choice to pay or not, or the religion the Left has worked to create from before the Bolsheviks: the almighty mandatory State and it’s “senior” “executives” with “workers” “unions” (which FDR said there should never be a Federal worker union— not under an equitable civil service laws/adjudications.
