We have been getting restocked somewhat so far, but the demand is something I’ve never seen.
2-3 hour wait to get to the counter.

Lots of places have been running short of ammo. My fear is not that the libs will take the guns away... my fear is that they will disrupt the supply of ammo to the point where there isn't any.
The new Virginia gun laws go into effect July 1st rain, shine or however the public currently feels about guns. It’s basically registration as far as I can tell. Any gun purchase after July 1st will have to have a background check, and it becomes mandatory to report lost or stolen guns. To my understanding they will then know who is supposed to currently own that gun by the serial number if it was purchased after July 1st.
The most we can hope for is a backlash in the next election and the laws get repealed. I have my doubts that will happen, there are many news cycles between now and then, and many voters will have long forgotten about it in all probability.

That’s well and good but I was ta!king with my brother just this morning and he mentioned that ammo is like hens teeth around here. Been like that since before deer season.
