According to Commandant Wolf it still exists in PA. I think it’ll only be cured when an edict comes down from Harrisburg.
I’m baffled that even in ‘yellow’ zones people are still wearing masks in open spaces outside.
Some people doing it out here as well. Whatever....not me though.
