I have to take issue with your CV meme, Easy.
Actually, those same US, WWII D-Day veterans, still living and some in their 90s, face worse odds of dying if they catch CV than they did in storming Omaha Beach.

Apples and oranges. The guys wading ashore on June 6, 1944 would have been every bit as resistant to the Wuflu as the 19-to-20-year-olds of today. Of course those same vets, now in their 90s and enfeebled by age, are going to be more vulnerable.
People in their 90s are generally somewhat frail, and are vulnerable to most diseases, viruses, flus, and such. Especially when certain Democrat governors decide to send infected people back into the very nursing homes that are caring for these vulnerable people.
And the 300,000 still alive today deserve more concern and respect for their safety than the use of images of their courage and sacrifice for some bizarre attempt at comedic disrespect for those who take precautions against catching a virus which has already killed over 100,000 of their fellow Americans in just a little over 90 days.
If my points disturb your flubro bliss, so be it.
