Could this be the plan to lose the case and burn down the country? What could be done by the end of October?

Unless “disappointment, frustration, and rage” is the goal.
Never let a good crisis go to waste.

The AG will lose this case...on purpose. Think of the riots.

I suspect that the actual resulting convictions will be used an excuse for more unrest. And imagine if the defendants are acquitted or plead guilty to lesser charges.

But by upping the stakes in what are likely to be high-profile, emotional trials, Ellison may have also set the stage for more disappointment, frustration, and rage, with local and national political ramifications. This is what Ellison wants! And he is not going to be the lead prosecutor, only the lead rabble rouser!

Then he will say the system is broken and the system needs to be gone.
He has a point. Hillary Clinton is still free.

**************
Isn’t that what Ellison plans? Beyond a reasonable doubt will be the deciding point.
Once the jury hears what else he had in his system, and if true, that they knew each other. Who knows what effect the witness who heard the victim’s statement about not killing him will have.

Thats why Ellison changed them. He wants Chauvin to be exonerated so that the BLM people have an excuse to riot again.

They always have such unrealistic expectations. Why is that? Whatever it is they say they want, they must have it "NOW!". Has that ever really worked in the past?

The Minnesota DFL party will have to bribe the judge inthe case.

“Keith Ellison’s George Floyd charges could ignite Minnesota ‘tinderbox’ if they fail”
he’s grossly over-charged the whole lot of them on purpose precisely to trigger a new round of nationwide looting and rioting when the inevitable not-guilty verdicts come in ... one of the cops charged with “aiding and abetting” was a rookie who had been on patrol for only four days and kept telling the killer to turn Floyd over ...
