I think what you will see in the end...the police department of Minneapolis dumped, and everything routed to the county sheriff, and the deputies. In the end, less law enforcement, and simply more deputies required for each single incident.
If I owned property in the city, or a business...none of this would comfort me, and I’d prepare to leave. Either your taxes are rapidly increasing or the threat to you will escalate.
