I thought the St. Trayvon Martin nonsense was bad, when it was clear he was a gangbanger and later it was confirmed that he was the aggressor and was beating the crap out of Zimmerman until he defended himself.
Now it’s even worse. You have Christianity Today saying this guy Floyd was a Christian saint who carried a Bible around all the time trying to help people.

They made a big point of not only running the article in English, but having links showing the had translated it into Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin in simplified and traditional characters, Korean, and Indonesian.
Christianity Today was totally p*wned.
St. George not only has a long criminal record, including threatening to kill a pregnant woman in an armed robbery, he was high as a kite on drugs the last day he was arrested, and if you google you will find he was acting as a pornstar at the same time it was claimed he was a Christian saint.
I’m sorry, if someone tells me about some poor “unemployed” black man being falsely confronted by the police, and then I see the video where he’s driving a black Mercedes SUV, my racist self is going to immediately draw certain conclusions.
Stereotypes exist for a reason-people dont generally have time to get to know the content of everyones character with whom they cross paths, and so must rely on general or statistical patterns of behavior of a given group, and when a given group is known statistically,as a group, to engage in criminal/violent behavior, it would be stupid not to react accordingly, not having time to vet each individuals character.
And yes, always, they make the criminal into a saint-another trick is to call a 25 to with a felony record a mile long, a young man, and other such disingenuous tricks to make the criminal seem like just a young mischievous boy, or calling hardened criminals in their 30s, youths.
Oh and Christianity Today took a left turn into heresy a while ago
