It’s graphic make up.. I’ve done that with y kids a couple years ago for Halloween. I’ve seen the same looking plastic (fake) blood used many ways on a TV show.

I saw some discussion that that scene of cops shoving an old man who fell to the ground had something fishy about it, some kind of set up. I have no idea but I’d like to know the truth about it.
