The reverse, actually. I am saying that it has not mutated that much, as indicated by the apparent, growing, population immunity of Italy and New York.
Personally I believe that with the infection rate of these "Hot" zones, social(ist) distancing is probably making the problem worse as people are trapped together in their residences, and it is likely that at least some family members have contracted or been exposed to the Chinavirus.
