It ignores the law - the law is he can’t appoint an amicus to do what he says he’s going to do ... it’s a slap in the face of the appeals court
Sullivan continues to ignore the law by having his attorney file 46 pages of crap - to further delay the process. Would make my day to see the "judge" hauled off for contempt.
