Another thing that came out during RR hearing is that the DEMS are going to pull out every stop to prevent Trump from using the Insurrection Act if it is needed.

The question is only WHEN POTUS USES THE ACT, not if. While Govs and Mayors pretend they can control riots POTUS will not act. When state authorities ask for help the US cavalry will ride into town.
The other option would be for law abiding citizens to take to the streets in daylight and DEMAND FEDERAL INTERVENTION due to failed City/State leadership to prevent Insurrection and/or Vigilante Justice.
If POTUS acts prior to this then POTUS is the catalyst for violence instead of the hero on the White horse with a White hat!
The unknown ingredient is how much info Barr has to legally reach out and touch the insurrectionists with and the timing of the sweeping raids to arrest them and bring them to justice in a very PUBLIC manner!
