I wasn't really referring to rural conservative counties, but people in blue city districts that vote for corrupt leaders year in and year out. Sorry about not being clear. Its sad that the conservatives voices in California are drowned out by the liberal big cities. Maybe that will change soon.

And even in cities there are conservatives. But CA has had, it seems, the most massively corrupt elections, at least in sheer numbers. With clean elections even a lot of cities may be surprising. A conservative R just won a Dem Congress seat. The Dem maggot she-pervert, remember?
