Doesn’t the bolt look a bit narrow for that? Also, slide, that dude looks like he could offhand that all afternoon. My FT rifle is right around 14 pounds and shooting a silhouette match with it is a workout🤣

I was going off of barrel length and circumference. I'm pretty sure that's a .50... Change my mind ;>)

O.K. I went back and looked at the picture again. I think I want to change my answer. The magazine well is too short for a .50 cal.

I went to sniper school at Quantico in 1987 (Marine Recon). Only .50 cal barrels are that big in my experience. Somebody went crazy on that rifle if'n it ain't a .50. The return in MOA for a barrel that big would be more than offset by the extra weight IMO.

But what do I know anymore. I qualify for dinosaur status now. My night vision was ANPVS-3 1st gen, we used a map and compass for land nav (no GPS), and we got the 1st sat phones the last year I was in.
