There are some odd things going on with lights outside the WH right this minute.

The rabble is heating up.

Completely different picture. Look at the yellow lights. Now look to the right. Totally different.

I have to disagree SB. The lights are darkened with the rest of the image. Look at the tree overhang and the car parked to the right of the WH. Same picture with one being darkened with PS levels. If you overlay the two pictures in PS and reduce the opacity on the top layered image they match perfectly.
