Note that Pittsburgh ends in a “g”, but Harrisburg does not. It’s history, man!

I meant note that Pittsburgh ends in an “h”, but Harrisburg does not. Russian hackers changed the letter.

Actually there is a story. Over century ago post office wanted PA towns to all drop the h. It’s German, by the way...burgh means town (and berg means mountain). Pittsburgh didn’t like it and lobbied to get it back, which eventually did, prob about 1920. Check out baseball cards not to mention maps.

Don’t quote me but in essence that is what happened!
