Not reading every page gives him an out for anything he wants to say he didn’t know about in the future. Who hires a lawyer to read a contract who doesn’t read every page (unless it’s a boiler plate rental contract or something like that.). I think a FISA warrant against someone leading to the surveillance of the President of the United States should be read a little bit more carefully. Rod Rosenstein is really a slimy snake.
