One Anon
This is Ruby code, and conveniently, my husband is a Ruby developer! So here's what we have deduced -
This anon is trying to call Q out for saying the image was added before GF died. Q responds with the very code that someone would use to UPDATE the image included with the link, to say "YES, I'm well aware." .... because TROLLING IS FUN.
This also implies that the meaning of that post is not what this anon thinks. It's something else. Perhaps that is what was meant by Q's following post.

Contrary to popular belief, PREVIEW IMAGES DON'T AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE ON OLD TWEETS.
So to recap.
Q is especally trolling, once again, this person attempting to call him out.
Drop 4436 doesn't mean what it first SEEMS to mean.
Our own thoughts - maybe *this* is the drop Q says is not for anons. (Not the drop with all the code.)
MAYBE 'RECONCILE' IS ABOUT THE COMMENCEMENT SPEECH. Or the watch parties referenced in the tweet. Or something else. I think it's time we start looking beyond this.

Its letting the DS know that they have been caught... GF death was a Hoax or arranged by DS. I'm thinking hoax... Hello George!
Well, I for one am annoyed and frustrated by this. Are we supposed to be looking out for normies or not? Is that our mission , or not? That involves building trust, and being trolled and hoaxed does not do that.
