I worked as a medical administrator in a SUperMax prison, and whenever we had to physically restrain an out of control inmate, the first thing out of their mouths was “I cant breathe”, even if no one was even close to touching ANY of their extremities. They used it as a poly for any of the guards to loosen their grip if only a tiny bit, so the inmate could have yet another chance to hurt one of us.

The Seattle situation is a trap for POTUS. They want him to send in military and have an armed conflict. They could easily solve the problem by cutting off power, water and cell service without Police.
