My suggestion which caused my wife’s jaw to drop is the shoot looters. Curious if all the cities under siege are lead by Democrats or in states ruled by Democrats? Meaning no second amendment rights to protect one’s private property.
There is a small section in the Pentagon's J3 that screens who can/cannot be held there per Executive Order. If they don't match, they don't go, and the Chairman sends the notification to SECDEF.
