What does emoticon !:^0 mean?
Shocking! - I hope. Some weeks back I apparently revealed to many FReepers that - with Win 10 - you could enter an emoticon in your postings by hitting the 'Windows' key and the period key at the same time... much surprise and adulation.
Then I discovered many were still operating with Win 7 and could not display emoticons. So I have regressed to the text-type emoticons. I am a pushover. 😇
