POTUS has just put the military on standby - not the National Guard, but the military. Maybe he’s getting ready to treat these Soros sponsored riots for what they’ve always been - an insurgency designed to take down our government. In that scenario, these rioters would be enemy combatants. Could the plan be - Arrest them all. Ship them down to Guantanamo. Have trials in which they reveal that they were paid to incite civil unrest and by who.
