If he went to the ground on his own accord why the maneuver to restrain him, especially considering he was already cuffed? Makes no sense whatsoever.

Couple that with the restraint no only held after there was a known difficulty of breathing, but after he was unconscious and had no pulse?!

This is textbook excessive force. When a man is detained his safety is the responsibility of the officers on scene.

Due to their negligence and excessive use of force, the man in their custody died.

These officers are going down, and rightfully so.

Yes. For two reasons, defuse the present situation and, serve as a bad example for other officers.
