Cuomo also :

1. Sent body bags to accompany the infected

2. Would not pay for testing at the old folks home

3. Mandated that the infected patients be taken in

4. Facilities chosen did not have virus containment booths

5, Javits Center, Central Park hospital and the Hospital ship all were specialized to accommodate virus patents and were ignored.
