I thought + posted yesterday, right after they made the move, that it changed the landscape - they are either a publisher or a platform. As a platform their excuse has been they don’t prepare or control the content thus must ban and can’t be held to account. As a publisher they are (should be) held to standards of libel. Twitter can be a publisher and censor + “fact check” and whatever else they want to do - if they want to risk their company being subject to actions for libel based on the assertions of Snopes, #FakeNews CNN and Amazon WP. It’s a free country & they get to choose! WWG1WGA :)

He also spent part of today's show trying to explain himself concerning his statements that a former President will never be prosecuted. I wanted to call him and tell him that we've never had a non-citizen as a former President until now. :)

Anyway, I still like Rush and listen to him when I'm driving, which I was today. Also listened to David Webb this morning. I like his show.
