As Russia found out when they dismantled the KGB, when you eliminate their public sector jobs, the spooks just go private sector and turn into “oligarchs”. At least with the agency you can keep an eye on them.
The top KGB guys may have become oligarchs. Those are the ones who will presumably be arrested and sent to Gitmo when this all goes down (e.g. Brennan, etc.). The lower level guys do what they’re told. They work for a living. If you want to kill the beast you cut off its head. That’s where they screwed up in Russia. Their deep state went underground. There was no ‘Storm’ in Russia to clean up their deep state.
At any rate, Q stated that the CIA will be broken up, with portions being absorbed by other intelligence agencies. I think I’ll trust Q’s judgement on this one.
