Concern? I’m concerned that he might actually be okay.
If Biden is elected it doesn’t really matter what his condition. He is a generic Democrat and will rule in front of a politburo that will set his policies and methods. I am starting to think that any Democrat in the Presidency, at least from among those who are prominent now, will be the same. After a year his degeneration will cease to be apparent as his appearances are replaced by holograms.

Reminds me of the Tim Conway old man routine on the Carol Burnette show.
He looked frail because he is frail. Sitting around his house for weeks on end, no doubt idle and not getting any exercise or physical activity, he is losing strength physically and mentally by the day. No idea about why the sunglasses, maybe he has sensitivity to sunlight after living indoors so long.
He still looks good for 77 in still pictures. In videos he varies from being fairly sharp to being totally out of it and confused.
That’s a stand-in, the real Biden is still in the basement along with all the other odds and ends of useless junk. Or, maybe he’s like Norman Bates’ mother by now.
