Don't tell Costa Rica there are safety concerns...  Following a conference call with Chinese experts on March 18, Costa Rica was the first and only Central American country to immediately adopt hydroxychloroquine against COVID. The resulting divergence of the course of the pandemic grows more spectacular day after day.

There are safety concerns with the damn Wuhan Virus that we need to be more worried about!
