Judge Sullivan is a graduate of Howard University. He is friends with Howard University President Wayne Frederick who was involved with a misappropriation scam at the University in 2016, per CBS News:

Quick question "your honor", over the years how many millions of dollars in government funds did yourself and your buddy Elijah Cummings siphon off of Howard University? I guess you were right when you said " they don't need it they never amount to anything".

Sounds like Sullivan, Cummings, and this Howard University President, made Howard University their personal piggy bank.

How many millions did Congress give to black colleges over the years?

Should we chalk it up to reparations?

I didn’t think “johnheretohelp” was reliable some months back when he first appeared but when I read that post last week I found it fairly credible ... I think LJ was first to find & I of course thought hmmm TBD lol ... but it was very personal. This “coincidence” certainly adds much credence to “johnheretohelp” and further exposes Sullivan as a complete + total scumbag.
