Youre assuming the primary process was all about finding the best candidate. The powers that be had already determined who they wanted to run in November and Biden is helping them get there. He played his part, which was to beat Sanders fair and square so as to appease the progressive base of the Democrat party. Sanders did his part, which was to pretend to be the outsider and when he lost the nomination fair and square, to tell his followers they need to get behind the partys nominee, because beating Trump is too important not to. Bernie Bros are some of the dumbest, most gullible people on the planet.
So who do you think they have already decided on?

I don’t know for sure. But I suspect they have one or two options they’re weighing. Hillary is likely one of them. Michelle Obama is likely another. That’s just my best guess. But POTUS did allude to the likely hood of a switch at one of his recent press conferences. Q has also had some drops alluding to that as well, so I believe it’s coming.
