If it was CDC policy then why did only a handful of states implement this insane policy?

What do you want to bet there is an actual CDC directive waiting to be brought up and blamed on Trump's administration? Interesting that only blue state governors knew about it...

I heard the story. So there was an actual directive that the CDC told the states to put infected people in nursing homes? I would like to see the documentation on that one. It seems that the media just is taking Cuomo's word for it.

Trump provide an abundance of makeshift hospital beds in New York for those that came down with coronavirus. The best solution was to send them to mingle with the most vulnerable.

They could have used this response weeks ago. It is there best attempt to shift blame. Pretty weak, if you ask me.
