It counts nothing to some that President Trump nominated Rosenstein to serve as Deputy Attorney General on February 1, 2017. He was one of the 46 United States Attorneys ordered on March 10, 2017, to resign by Attorney General Jeff Sessions; Trump declined his resignation. Rosenstein was the subject of mean tweets from Trump and despite endless demands from the peanut gallery to fire him, Trump did not do so, and RR resigned on his own terms.

RR served at the pleasure of the President.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If RR accepted the appointment, Jeff Sessions would be supervising him. Appointing black hat RR helped support the personnel issue of firing incompetent Comey. Therefore President Trump could “afford” to appoint Rod (who would have to recuse himself) to expose him to the public eye as DAG, while giving the hounds in the MSM someone that they couldn’t claim was protecting Trump. Sessions had reason to want him gone - hence the attempt to fire him, but the president had a strategy in mind when he stopped RR from being fired. (Rod didn’t seem to enjoy his role in firing Comey.)
From the time of his appointment, due to his signature on the FISA, RR would either decline the nomination or arrive to the DAG position obligated to recuse himself just as Jeff Sessions had to recuse himself, leaving the public to wonder what interaction RR had to require that recusal. At the time, the MSM/Deep State was sneering that Trump had put Sessions in place to protect himself and that’s why Sessions couldn’t participate in the Russia investigation. If RR had to recuse himself upon arrival, it “evened the score” with one white hat recused (JS) and one black hat recused (RR).
Once RR “blindsided” the Whitehouse, per the Q drop (Star Wars Command), by appointing Mueller without meeting the legal requirement to do (i.e., no crime involved), President Trump could not fire RR. Recall President Trump said he learned not to fire people from Nixon? (i.e., Saturday Night Massacre).
If the President fired RR, black hat Rachel Brand would step in as DAG. Recall there were Twitter and website calls organizing a nation wide “protest” (i.e., riot) of a Trump “takeover” of the government if either Mueller/RR was fired/removed? The Deep State was going to trigger a “constitutional crisis” and that the President had gone “rogue”.
I don’t see how President Trump derived any pleasure at all from RR’s “service”. RR was the 2 year blockade put in place to monopolize all attention and grand jury participation/documents release (i.e., info we wanted declassed was protected while investigations were going on).
The question of, “What’s taking so long?” can be answered with “RR’s blockade.”
When Barr became AG, he reviewed what RR and Mueller had done and both “resigned” within a few weeks. RR was fired for signing the illegitimate FISA knowing was based on the invalid dossier, failure to recuse himself when he became DAG given his FISA participation, hiring a Special Counsel when there was no legal basis to do so, his personal oversight and facilitation of show trials constituting a 2 year attempt to unseat a sitting president knowing they were based on false documents like the dossier. Had RR recused himself, Flynn, Carter Page, Cohen, and Manafort would not have been dragged through legal and MSM courts - they could have lived normal lives. Those lost two years would have been spent exposing the coup, traitors, FISA’s and documents we wanted declassed.
Barr arrived, exposed RR’s and Mueller’s treasonous actions, who then fell under investigation themselves. Mueller stumbled out of the spotlight after specifying that his investigation did NOT EXONERATE President Trump.
Naturally, the DEEP STATE and RR would have preferred to portray his and Mueller’s departure as President Trump’s “Saturday Night Massacre”. Rather than use the discovery of RR’s treason to trigger the wanted riots/protests, RR was forced to pose his departure as his decision to retire. RR had to act like he was leaving at his own wish or face public exposure of the charges against him. RR , Sessions, and Barr all had to have a jovial, “fun” retirement party wherein there was no hint of hard feelings (how could there be?), and they no doubt walked him out to his car and waved fondly as he drove away, all while knowing of his treasonous behavior. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is just one more time Trump et. al. avoided riots/constitutional crisis/plan z etc.
RR returned to black hat law firm Spalding and King in January of this year. I speculate that means the grand jury phase has been completed and RR now will be frequently meeting with the law firm as he is tried for his crimes.
Good recap.
Mat Whitaker filled a gap that you skipped. Much happened (behind the scenes) that drove the Dems to “Allow” the confirmation of Bill Barr.
I appreciate the quality and depth of your analysis, but I’m one of those “grey hat” people who will continue to say “we’ll see”...until we finally do see.
You have the patience of a saint.
I can’t do the wh/bh pretzeling anymore.
I personally believe those who want to fit RR into a wh role make us look foolish.
Pretty certain we have far bigger fish to fry currently.
This mail in voting crap must STOP!
