Let’s walk it back a step even more - these current articles are often assuming that Durham got involved after Barr took office in March, 2019 - but we know SESSIONS had him on the case back in Fall 2017 when “Q” started. I always assumed that RR was out of that picture - in fact it was the whole premise underlying having RR manage the Mule op separate from SESSIONS while he (SESSIONS) managed HUBER the Hammer + Durham the Punisher. It’s like a “Chinese Wall” separating one side of things from the other. It’s still slightly ambiguous but combined with other recounts of events with RR & the Mule by “Q” i.e. the “what the heck are you doing here & what is the legal predicate?” meeting continue to suggest RR is not white hat but still possibly leveraged ... BTW that Rubini list I realize didn’t have RR as one of those with indictments pending that the other radio show did. TBD + WWG1WGA :)
