I’ll note this about that:
My 55 years of studying the globalists indicates to me that SURVEILLANCE is a supremely high priority to them.
AND that IF they CAN snoop, they definitely will—everything & everyone 24/7/365. And certainly they likely invested heavily in electricity based surveillance about as soon as electricity was available.

Even with super computers, sorting the needles from haystacks of data from that project would be a daunting prospect.
