This is going to prove to be a fatal defense.
Because they came from Poroshenko's office and were recorded from the office. You can tell by listening that it was a recording device disguised as a flashdrive. (I can tell by the clicking sounds and the audio in general)
So Poroshenko is appealing to the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) to investigate the origin of the audiotapes. (simply buying time - the "I've been framed" excuse)
