Is there any case to be made against Sullivan? He knows a crime was committed by Van grack et al

That is a VERY GOOD QUESTION!

It gets to the underlying issue which is that he has been given PROOF that there were crimes committed by F_I + D_J + Mule team that even led him to errant conclusions in his prior orders and statements to the court. But rather than call the RATs on their conduct, he accepts it & takes it to the next level. My inkling is it's a relevant + pertinent question but maybe not for Powell or yet. As-is some wondered why the Appeals Court only filed Order pertaining to one of her three orders requested being for Sullivan to defend his reasons for not following the law and dismissing the case. The Court did not seek to (yet) address her other requested Orders being to strike Sullivan's Order appointing his deep state "amicus" and to recuse Sullivan from the case and assign to another Judge. I consider they will rule on the Order at hand; then, if they decide to toss the case (and my impression here is that is more than less likely) then they then proceed to dismiss the "amicus" Order as well and then assign it to another Judge (they don't need Sullivan's opinions on either of those things LOL). Once all those things take place ... then the question of what else Sullivan should have done will become relevant; it's possible the Appeals Court, themselves, either as part of or in addition to ruling pending, could refer the subject derps i.e. Van Grack to the Bar and D_J. As for Sullivan himself, they could then refer him to the Bar as well ... but that's Sidney Powell's dream for FLYNN - and I hope she gets it! WWG1WGA :)
