Thanks for your posts. But is there a summary anywhere of what this executive order means?
I have a complex project just south of San Francisco that’s been on hold for permits. I need an air board permit (easy online) in order to get my county building permit....... I really need to go to the counter to get it. I expect them to be busy when they reopen and very difficult to deal with. They are not there to help anybody.
The Federal Government should be limited to the Army, Air Force, Navy and Marines. Everything else to the States. Then the States that want to starve can enact all the regulations they wish.
Wow, this (esp. section 4) looks like a big deal. But a lot of the rules that prevent entrepreneurs from making offers to the unemployed who want jobs (occupational licensing and restrictions on the gig economy come to mind) bind at the state level, unfortunately.
