Never startle them! LOL
“Then she moved to touch to gator, the report...”
Was it a Florida Gator?
She would be a good nominee for the Darwin Award but I suspect that she has already reproduced.
A 10 footer!
“Islands in the stream
that is what we are.
No one in between!
How can we be wrong?”
South Carolina
Stupid should hurt
I live in a neighborhood with a 14 acre lake and houses surrounding it. There are 2 alligators in it - one is about 5 ft and the other is about 7 ft. Our HOA REFUSES to do anything about getting them relocated and one has already approached a dog that was being walked by a resident. There is a river about a half mile away they probably came from but all access for them to return has been cut off by construction. What can we do??!!
Would the HOA be responsible as they know about the gators and the one that showed aggression? Normally there are geese in the lake I am guessing were feeding the alligators but they are gone with the season.
Show me on this doll where the bad lady tried to touch you, Alli.
Have you called county animal control, or whatever it's called there?
Otherwise, could you call a private company and get an estimate?
You could see if all the neighbors chipping in could make it affordable. Or maybe then you could get the HOA to cover some or all of it. See if you can get an estimate.
[A gator sprung out from under the water grabbed his arm rolled violently and ripped his arm from his shoulder socket.]
That there is funny!
She is now.
Will do. It is sad for the alligators as their way to get back home is now cut off. I will call tomorrow animal control and see what they say.
It seems like if some private or public entity did the construction that blocked the gators in, they should be responsible for extracting them. Let me know how it goes.
Did they recover the camera? Seems a shame to let the photos go to waste. She paid a hefty price for them.
I was thinking the same thing.
Good Lord, what horrible working conditions!!!
I feel sorry for the alligator.
