I remember years ago, when someone spotted a man in a Ninja costume and called the police. Never found if they had caught him or not. The people who were more upset were the local psychologists and psychiatrists, believing a mad man was really on the loose.

When I was in college (1970), we had an Air Force ROTC wing on campus. The brass from McChord AFB would come and watch the reviews held outside by the field house.

A stoned out hippie classmate of mine would dress in a large rabbit costume, get some carrots, and watch the review as well. Much to the annoyance of the AF brass.

Straight out of "Animal House"!
