This makes me think there are two versions of The Plan. What if something happened to Trump? Would Pence be forced to complete "The Plan" in the current Presidential cycle? What if it was questionable that Trump could win 2020?

To me, the plan is actually much more like a flow chart -- with planned in branches -- to outflank likely events like Mueller & impeachment "ambushes" . Of course, there are "Waypoints" like "DECLAS & elections -- along with contingencies to exploit enemy weaknesses.
