In civilian courts you would have to use open source information and testimony to get where you want.
If these are tried by military tribunals, the rules of evidence are different. Then the 'all' they have becomes available as evidence. Half these US citizen losers will be convicted by the evidence that they provided themselves. The international players? If you can't get them charged by their host country, kill them as unlawful combatants.
