He recalled the course of the case :
In 2017, by a decision of the Pechersk District Court as security for the claim (not based on the merits), PrivatBank was obliged to service the deposits of British companies, which, according to media reports, are affiliated with the Surkis brothers. PrivatBank believed that such deposits did not exist because they had been converted into shares of the bank, and therefore the decision was illegal.
PrivatBank appealed the decision of the Pechersk District Court to the appellate court. In the same year, 2017, the appellate court denied the appeal. One of the British companies filed a court ruling with the Internal Affairs Department in the Pechersk district of Kyiv.
Since 2017, the process of enforcement of the court decision has been underway. In fact, how to force to service deposits, which no longer exist and which are converted into shares, to put it mildly, was not entirely clear (neither the performers nor the debtor - "PrivatBank"), - said Malyuska.
The process of "enforcement" was interrupted in 2019 - in early 2020 due to the fact that the executor, at the request of "PrivatBank", asked for clarification to the Pechersk district court on how the decision can be executed, if deposits are already converted into shares.
The Pechersk District Court did not explain anything particularly new, recreating close to the text what was already the case in 2017.
The decision on clarification was upheld by the appellate court.

On April 28, six British debt collection companies (each separately) applied for enforcement of the Pechersk District Court's 2017 ruling.
On April 29, the Pechersk District Internal Affairs Department opened enforcement proceedings and sent a corresponding notice to the debtor, PrivatBank.
And now what do we have? A treason case against Poroshenko developing. I'll be watching developments.

Biden, and UK, were coercing UK to nationalize the one bank, if not the entire Ukrainian banking system, which would effectively make Ukraine a 188% percent owned and operated member of the consolidated Derp State.
And the new and improved MAGA Ukrainian government is going after the former Derp government for the attempted turnover of their country.
Is that basically it, or am I way off base.
I recommend you either intersperse your data with summations and analysis and also do a tight analysis at the end, with a foreshadowing analysis at the end.
Cause, like I said, I couldn't make out most of the stuff because of the detailed subject matter and my basic lack of understanding of the topic.
