Boyce Hydro operates a dam between Wixom Lake and the Tittabawassee River. The dam is used to make electricity. According to the documents obtained by TV5, court order is giving Boyce Hydro one week to bring that operation to a halt. According to the court order, Boyce Hydro is in violation of the Federal Power Act."
