President Obama probably won't go to the WH for the official portrait presentation because it would put him at risk for the virus: Several people who work there, including some in the Secret Service, have tested positive. So President Trump will postpone the ceremony until it is safe for him to attend. Not everything has to be filtered via political hatred memes you know: Sometimes common sense can tell you the reason.

Or perhaps it'll be proven what a fraud Obama is and his portrait will hang at Gitmo instead? Thanks for your opinion by the way.
