Apparently there was a NY Times article that Judge Sullivan saw that “helped” him reach his “decision” to appoint the #FakeAmicus that said that Priestap didn’t really mean the things he wrote on his notes, he admitted such to the Mule team in a deposition or interview he gave later. This letter to Sidney Powell informs her that the reviewing prosecutor that Barr tasked with evaluating the case has now filed a copy of this deposition / interview under seal so as to alleviate any misconception.
