And none of your employees interact with the public? Right now I’m finding that you cannot reach any government office or worker. So working from home is more like hiding from work, hiding from the public. Do we need your employees at all?
My employees interact with contractors who interact with the public. We are busier than ever with changes the pandemic has brought to our work, and new workstreams. We want to show management in DC how effective and productive we can be, so we will be “allowed” more telework in the future, after the pandemic.
I do think American society will be changing so that there will be much more teleworking going forward. Why pay all that rent for cubicles and have one’s employees endure horrible long commutes daily, when this experience has proven we can be more productive at home?
I’m sorry you’ve had trouble reaching a federal employee you need assistance from—what agency?
That is nonsense. Stop making stuff up.
I am not having this problem at all and actually have gotten through necessary approvals. I have been working very closely with the regulators. I think you are making it up or you don’t know how to access your regulators properly.
