Sidney Powell was on Lou Dobbs earlier commenting on Sullivan’s Clown Act. She noted that the government had particularly filed their motion as a 482.5 or something like that referring to the federal code - from what she indicated, it sounds like this then places the matter in a particular manner of filing that would further hinder Sullivan’s grandstanding before superior + supreme courts. She said she was going to have motions ready in a few days, presumably first of next week. somebody please elaborate on what this means and what the implications are. ThankQ :)

Since they can't win this, I am suspicious they are stalling ... but for what???
